Throughout his career, Rafael has contributed to revenue and operations strategy within internationally recognized brands such as Meliá Hotels International, Element by Marriott, Wyndham Garden, and Karisma Hotels & Resorts, as well as boutique-focused portfolios including Eskape Collection and Gale Miami Hotel & Residences.

From corporate resort environments to multi-property boutique clusters, his experience spans dynamic pricing frameworks, segmentation strategy, LOS optimization, distribution control, and cost-of-acquisition management across PMS, RMS, CRS, and OTA ecosystems.
