Accor's AI concierge now answers guests inside WhatsApp and iMessage, not only on its own website. ALL Concierge is live on ALL.com in 11 languages and on the ALL Accor app in four languages across five points of sale, after a pilot of more than 1 million guest conversations, as Hotel News Resource reported on 24 September 2026. Average response time is a few seconds or less.

What a 40-room hotel can copy now

Not the AI. The availability. Breakfast hours, parking, late check-out, pet policy: the same questions, every property, usually at 23:40. An unanswered one turns into an OTA booking. Answer on WhatsApp in minutes, with a human taking over when it gets complex.

What you cannot copy yet

The data. A million conversations taught that agent to sound useful. You have a few hundred.

One detail worth keeping: even Accor's agent still sends the guest to the booking engine to finish. Your chat does not have to close the sale. It has to stop the guest from leaving, the same lesson as IHG's conversational search launch.

Should a 40-room hotel buy an AI concierge now? Not yet. Answer fast on the channel the guest chose.
